feeto is administered by feeto dev, the identifier used by the administrator of the service. no natural person is named in this draft. administrator contact: @feetoxyz on x (direct message). no e-mail address is published yet; one has to exist before any platform review that requires it.

feeto uses ai to answer interactions and to organise requests to create real blockchain tokens. availability varies by network, integration, permissions, balance and the conditions of third-party providers. the ai can make mistakes; nothing here is a promise of appreciation or a guarantee of any result.

launches and fees

a casual mention does not authorise a financial operation. explicit creation requests are handled according to their parameters and the applicable authorisations; simulation requests do not authorise transmission. a result may only be described as a completed launch when verifiable evidence exists on the blockchain. network costs and fees must be presented before an applicable operation, with no silent substitutions.

where an 80/20 split is mentioned, it refers to the creator fee and never to ownership of the tokens. it is not a uniform rule: the share and the way it reaches the creator differ by route, one route has no creator fee at all, and on one route the 80% is recorded as a credit in feeto's ledger rather than paid on chain. the per-route breakdown is published at /docs.

races and bets

bets on a race are made in sol on solana, from a solana account you control, on both sides of the race — including the side named after another chain. a bet is a transfer to a wallet operated by feeto, identified by a tag inside the transaction; while the race runs the amount is held by feeto and owed to the bettors. the prize is the losing side's stake, divided in proportion to what each winner bet: feeto takes no cut and contributes nothing, and the network fee of each payout is deducted from that payout. a race is settled only on a migration measured on the blockchain; if none is measured within three hours of betting closing, every bet is returned.

sol that reaches the wallet without a valid bet tag is returned automatically to the address it came from, minus the network fee, and an amount smaller than that fee cannot be returned at all. sending any other asset, sending from a chain other than solana, sending from an account you do not control — an exchange account, for example — or sending to any other address is the sender's own risk, and feeto cannot recover those funds. whoever launched a coin may not bet on that race where their wallet is known to the service.

your part

do not send passwords, private keys or unnecessary data in comments. you must hold the rights to the names, text and images you submit, and you must respect the rules of the social networks you use. using the service for spam, fraud, impersonation or engagement manipulation is not permitted.

public replies stay public. integrations may be suspended or fail. the service cannot reverse transactions confirmed on a blockchain, nor guarantee the deletion of content controlled by third parties. requests and complaints must use the administrator contact stated above.
